ABOUT ME

For me it was my health. Slowly changing in a negative way. Not knowing how to take care of myself with the new diagnosis of a life altering autoimmune dis-ease that would ultimately lead me to where I am now. You see, at the time, the doctors I saw would maybe hand me a prescription and tell me to eat less and exercise more. What they didn't tell me is that I didn't have to let this diagnosis ruin my life. Instead, just the opposite. I've found a purpose that drives me forward and inspires me to share what I learn with you. I use myself as a Guinea Pig so that you don't have to. Over the past 6 years I've used Crunchi skincare and makeup and I can tell you that I'll never change those products because of the positive benefits I've personally experienced.

Over the past year, I've expanded my wellness journey through Zilara. Bringing together plant-based wellness, essential oils and science-backed nutrition in a way that simply makes sense to me. The products and education I've discovered have positivley impacted my overall health in a dramatically meaningful way, with labwork continuing to confirm I'm moving in the right direction.
